Simple Avocado & Berry Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 firm ripe avocado, peeled
  • 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
  • 325ml (1 1/2 cups) soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon LSA meal

 

METHOD

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately.
